Age Navigation was developed by Registered Nurses and Professional Geriatric Care Managers with personal and professional experience in the medical and insurance fields. Our goal is to provide guidance to older adults and their care givers as they face the challenges of aging.
Like most of you, we encourage everyone to pre-plan, but most don’t. We frequently get “the call” when they get “the call” that a loved one has experienced a medical crisis. The family feels lost – they actually describe it as being in a foreign land, they don’t know how to get around and they don’t know the language. AN is there to help.
