Age Navigation is a service provided by the The ASU Group, which has been in business for over 50 years. It is an ESOP and 100% owned by it’s dedicated professional staff.
Our Registered Nurse Care Managers are certified in long term care management and with their team of senior professionals act as trusted advisors for older adults and their family; guiding them through the passages of aging and caregiving. They have personal as well as professional experience dealing with insurance and medical issues. They understand the challenges of aging and caregiving.
Their competency in dealing with aging issues, including family and individual support, legal and ethical concerns, special needs and advocacy, etc. have earned them the following professional designations:
- CMC – National Academy of Certified Care Managers.
- CCM – Certified Case Manager
- CSA – Member of the Society of Certified Senior Advisors.
Our dedicated team of professionals have the knowledge, training and most of all, the compassion to work with each client and family. They truly love their work and are passionate about helping older adults and their families navigate this stage of their life with dignity and peace of mind.
Our professionals have varying backgrounds in the following areas:

Our Unique Approach
Our Care Managers maintain small caseloads in order to personalize the service their clients receive. Our multi-disciplinary team allows us to assist with a wide range of services that a client may need – from medical care management and advice to help with organizing paperwork, handling insurance and medical bills, paying bills, assisting with trust paperwork, long term care insurance claim reviews, researching best options for long term care, insurance benefits, etc.
Our fee schedule reflects this team approach as well. Rates are determined by the type of service requested, which is the most economical way for the client.
We know and have worked with local service providers and can offer seniors and their families solid references to various services they may need – from assistance with home care to legal advice. Age Navigation does not profit from any referrals to other service providers.
